1.1. Applicable regulations

Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and, insofar as it does not contradict the aforementioned Regulation, by the provisions of the Spanish legislative framework in matters of the Protection of Personal Data.

By providing us with your data, you declare that you have read and are aware of this Privacy Policy, giving your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms set out herein.

The processing we carry out of your personal data responds to the following purposes:

  • To carry out the contracting of our services through the acceptance of the corresponding quotation / order and/or the signing of a commercial contract.

  • To send you by email and/or post news and updates about our entity, as well as updates to our catalogue of products and services.

  • To manage the Users of the Website and, where appropriate, the activation and administration of registration as a User in the reserved area of the Website.

  • To channel requests for information, suggestions and complaints from interested parties for their management and resolution.

  • To keep you informed, whether by electronic means or mobile devices, of any information that may be of interest to you;

  • To manage the sending of the Newsletter to users who subscribe to it.

2.1. Retention period of your data

Personal data will be kept only for the period of time that is reasonably necessary, taking into account the need to respond to issues that arise or resolve problems, make improvements, activate your services and comply with the requirements demanded by applicable legislation. This means that personal data may be retained for a reasonable period even after the data subject has stopped using the WEBSITE.

In the case of subscriptions, we will keep your personal data from the moment you give us your consent until you revoke it or request the limitation of processing. In such cases, we will keep your data blocked for the legally required periods.
